Does anyone have united healthcare insurance? My employer switched from Anthem to United Healthcare and I have been fighting with them for over a month and missed 3 treatments already. I have contacted them after my doctor received a letter saying they were denying my claim, when i call the ins they are jumping all over the place with the answers and saying basically that they wouldn't deny my treatmetnt. Low and behold I got 3 letters from them saying its denied. Just curious if anyone else has any experience with them.
